Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on aiding the definition of metal treatment production processes to optimize cost, quality and on-time delivery of products, defining the working-phase sequence.

The work model for the role is onsite.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. Ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.

  • Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.

  • Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.

  • Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.

Qualifications for the role

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical engineer will be considered as advantage

  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, drawing software skills will be considered as advantage

  • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills with proficient level of English language
