Ansvarsområden

Run pilots on the floor, operating and testing equipment.
Set up pilot stations, material flow, and test scenarios.
Flag deviations, equipment failures, and process failures.
Enforce safety controls in automation zones and conduct risk assessments.
Collect physical pilot data and publish daily pilot reports.
Maintain a live issue log and follow up with relevant teams until closure.
Draft and update SOPs and SJIs for pilot processes.
Build training material and train site associates on new equipment.
Capture floor learnings for deployment packages.
Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
Coordinate vendor and engineering teams during installations and troubleshooting.
Work with site operations teams to schedule trials without disrupting production.
Propose clear actions and process improvements based on pilot metrics.
Stand in for the Ops Lead when needed.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Excel.

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
