Alstom is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager in Saint-Ouen, France. This role involves leading and overseeing maintenance projects, developing maintenance strategies, managing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and quality delivery in the rail industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of maintenance projects, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with teams across construction, operations, procurement, and quality assurance.
  • Engage with clients and partners.
  • Establish robust maintenance strategies and ensure contractual performance targets.
  • Manage risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in maintenance contract finalization and optimize QCD levers during the tender stage (BTM role).
  • Define and implement the maintenance organization, processes, and systems during the mobilization stage.
  • Lead the maintenance team to deliver performance targets, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the handover process from construction to maintenance and address warranty issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop improvement strategies for the business.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while maximizing opportunities for savings.
  • Lead work package reviews, gate reviews, and decision-making processes at the project level.
  • Provide leadership to the project team and ensure alignment with Alstom’s values and processes.

Krav

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of infrastructure maintenance and project management.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
