- Lead and develop a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs).
Krav
- Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals.
- Strong strategic ability to translate organizational goals into team objectives and outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within Saab's industry.
- Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience from the defense industry, government authorities, or a global organization is highly valuable.
- Personal qualities such as strong integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships are important.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and understanding of how to balance information security requirements with business objectives.
