The Special Process Engineer will coordinate industrial control of special processes throughout the product lifecycle, from tender to maintenance, and support technology transfers. This role requires an engineering degree with 2-5 years of experience in industrial methods and practice of special processes, with knowledge of SAP T-codes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate industrial control of Special Processes (SP) during tender, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, warranty, and maintenance phases.
  • Support technology and activity transfers.
  • Contribute to tender phase by considering industrial constraints and requirements to optimize costs and minimize risks.
  • Define requirements and rules for tooling necessary for production.
  • Qualify product/process pairs and industrial means.
  • Support sourcing and SQD teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-up for SP suppliers.
  • Manage evolution of quality control processes for SP.
  • Ensure deployment and validation of new processes.
  • Train workers and support functions on business rules linked to SP.
  • Develop SP experts in new geographic areas.
  • Guarantee internal control and good application of process rules.
  • Perform internal and external audits.
  • Investigate root causes and implement repair solutions for non-conformities or incidents.
  • Demonstrate QCD and EHS improvements linked to SP.

Krav

  • Engineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical, mechanical or chemical.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial method.
  • 2 to 5 years’ practice of the concerned special process (execution, definition, qualification).
  • Knowledgeable of main SAP T-Codes for Industrial management.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, good communication skills.
  • Good teaching skills.
  • Innovative, participative in business workgroups.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
