Alstom is seeking a full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Oslo, Norway, to manage site industrial quality activities, ensure implementation of quality processes, and oversee customer relationships and non-conformity management. The role requires a Master's degree in Engineering, expertise in quality management tools, knowledge of ISO standards, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Cover Quality activities in the NO5/NO6 project depots in Oslo, Norway.
- Work closely with project management, operations, and engineering teams.
- Manage the site industrial quality team.
- Ensure the implementation of site quality processes.
- Manage customer quality relationships and non-conformity.
- Support handover activities from manufacturing to the PI site.
- Support the inspection and delivery of new trains to the customer.
- Support quality-related fleet checks.
- Support the Improvement of Zero Defect Program.
- Report defects and ensure product compliance (check after rework), especially for Special Processes.
- Perform inspections and ensure product compliance (check after rework) according to the Quality Control Plan.
- Lead customer inspections.
- Maintain the CHB (car history book).
- Participate in quality-related investigations.
- Record inspection results in industrial digital tools.
Krav
- A Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, electronics) or equivalent.
- Expertise in managing quality and problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, ISO22163).
- Fluency in English and Norwegian.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
