We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Denton, TX, for a 12-hour overnight shift. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge in these areas.

Ansvarsområden

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to minimize production downtime.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on industrial machinery, including rotary machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and hydraulic equipment.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.
Use diagnostic tools, manuals, blueprints, and technical resources to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS.
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Coordinate with team members, vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or process improvements.
Support and train operators on basic maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

Krav

3+ years as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures.
Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
