Alstom is seeking an experienced Industrial Director to lead the industrialization of products from technical transfer to manufacturing. This role involves managing all manufacturing activities, contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives, and enhancing team performance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS, Alstom policies, and Customer requirements.
  • Lead the industrialization of products from technical transfer to manufacturing.
  • Manage the industrial team to ensure timely implementation of new Technology Transfer.
  • Contribute to site and Alstom Industry 4.0 initiatives (Automation, Digitalization).
  • Manage site industrial development activities and execute deliverables (reduce method time, product lead time, enlarge site technical capacity, optimize CAPEX).
  • Manage all manufacturing activities for continuous improvement and development of site manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee manufacturing equipment management (Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio).
  • Enhance team performance and optimize talent development.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in mechanical or a relevant field.
  • More than 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing enterprise as a mechanical process support.
  • Proven expertise in Project or Industrial QCD management.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • Strong decision-making skills and organizational ability.
