As an Indirect Sourcing Specialist with AI as an enabler, you will develop and optimize sourcing strategies for professional services in EMEA. This role focuses on integrating AI tools, advanced analytics, and digital platforms to enhance decision-making and supplier performance, collaborating with internal stakeholders and a team of eight colleagues. Sandvik is looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong analytical and communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing or supply chain.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead sourcing initiatives within Indirect Sourcing and support Direct Sourcing when needed.
  • Translate business needs into sourcing strategies, supplier requirements, and selection criteria.
  • Active stakeholder management with timely deliveries.
  • Drive supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Apply AI tools (such as Copilot) and analytics for e.g. spend analysis, supplier insights, contracts and negotiations.
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation sourcing strategies including AI tools as a key enabler.
  • Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

Krav

  • At least 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing, sourcing, or supply chain understanding of or exposure to Direct Sourcing.
  • Hands-on in execution of sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • A university degree in business, engineering, data, supply chain, or similar.
  • Experience working with contracts, negotiations, analytics, and digital sourcing tools (e.g. AI, Copilot).
  • Tech savvy and have a strong interest in new digital tools, including AI.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
