ABB is seeking an Incoming Quality Technician in Madrigalejo del Monte, Spain, to assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems. This role involves conducting audits, establishing controls, training, reporting KPIs, and managing supplier non-conformities within the Autonomous Mobile Robotics division.

Ansvarsområden

  • Carry out audits of components according to incoming control instructions and take corrective action.
  • Launch complaints to suppliers for non-conformities and follow up on corrective action plans.
  • Receive and manage components returned from manufacturing for analysis with suppliers.
  • Create and manage incoming control instructions.
  • Supervise control, sorting, and rework operations of supplied parts.
  • Support quality assurance activities in collaboration with Production, Engineering, and other functions.
  • Report quality issues data and ensure adherence to the quality management system.
  • Acquire and report quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize measurement systems to produce data on material, product, system, and process characteristics.

Krav

  • 2 years of experience in Quality working as a Quality Technician with mechanical or electronic products.
  • Sound knowledge of Quality tools and Quality Management systems.
  • Knowledge of the industrial / automotive market.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • A Bachelor or above degree.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1).
