Amazon's Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team seeks a Senior Compliance Associate in Bengaluru to ensure product compliance with regulations by reviewing product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation. This role involves using Amazon tools to classify products, collaborating with managers, and identifying process improvement opportunities, potentially through Excel automation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information and classify products according to SOPs and regulatory documentation.
  • Utilize Amazon-specific tools and systems for compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with managers, Process Experts, and partner teams to address deviations and improve processes.
  • Maintain detailed records and utilize reports to meet Quality, Productivity, and SLA targets.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, such as using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on SOPs and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple data retrieval changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets.
  • Problem-solving skills utilizing logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and deep dives to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, HR, or QA.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, FMCG, or corporate roles.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
