I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's GSRC team, you will review product information against SOPs and regulatory documents to ensure compliance. You will utilize Amazon-specific tools, manage records, meet targets, and identify improvement opportunities. The role also involves mentoring peers and contributing to process refinement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information against Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to meet compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and Process Experts to address SOP deviations.
  • Maintain detailed task records and utilize reports to prioritize work and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation (e.g., Excel queries).
  • Share feedback on team SOPs and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, pivot tables, data validation, etc.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data retrieval.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze patterns across data.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and seeking facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar fields.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing (accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, FMCG, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
