I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) team, you will review product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation, classify products for compliance, and maintain detailed task records. You will collaborate with managers and process experts, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor peers, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity targets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with availability requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and Process Experts to address SOP deviations and seek guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Meet Quality, Productivity, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to automate manual efforts (e.g., Excel queries).
  • Share feedback on team SOPs for continuous refinement of operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute expertise.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple changes to retrieve data.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar fields.
  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
