I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's GSRC team, you will review product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings. You will utilize various Amazon tools, maintain records, meet targets, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. You will also mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with Amazon's requirements.
  • Address deviations from standard SOPs with managers and Process Experts.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Meet Quality, Productivity, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams for automation.
  • Share feedback on team SOPs for operational process refinement.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple data retrieval changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills using logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and seeking facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
