Ericsson is seeking an Implementation Manager in Cochin, Kerala, India, to lead and manage implementation services. The role involves overseeing project timelines, scope, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. Responsibilities include detailed project planning, resource allocation, cost control, reporting, and stakeholder management within the telecommunications industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver Projects in the Circle within defined timelines.
  • Plan resources and ASP teams based on monthly targets.
  • Conduct Weekly and Monthly Governance meetings with PM & Customer.
  • Assign individual team member responsibilities.
  • Guide and coordinate daily team activities.
  • Implement tools and processes as per Ericsson and customer guidelines.
  • Control circle costs and optimize resources.
  • Submit Project Reports as per customer and management requirements.
  • Conduct Weekly meetings with TI teams to resolve issues and align with policies.
  • Plan material dispatch and delivery.
  • Resolve RFI related issues with IP Colo / Customer.
  • Allot Sites to TI teams for installation.
  • Ensure TI teams hand over sites for quality check and SCFT/AT.
  • Remove servicing affecting alarms with field engineers/TI teams.
  • Coordinate with circle and warehouse teams for material shortages.
  • Support RF Team during site RF drive and cluster drive.
  • Ensure 100% customer acceptance after I&C of sites/MW links.
  • Clear PO/WCC/GRN for ASP Vendors and obtain monthly NDC.
  • Conduct physical audits of at least 4 sites per month.

Krav

  • 15 to 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Hands-on experience in Deployment
  • Knowledge in Quality checks / RSA / OHS
  • Experience in Project planning & Resource Planning
  • Must have handled Governance meetings with Project Managers & Customers
  • Handled Customer Management and customer escalations
  • Worked on Material Planning to meet targets
