I korthet

Ericsson is seeking an Implementation Manager in Gurgaon, India to oversee project delivery, resource planning, and customer governance. This role involves ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and company policies, including EOHS and data security, to drive successful implementation of communications technology solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver projects in the defined timeline as agreed with management & customer.
  • Plan resources and ASP teams in the circle as per monthly target.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly governance meetings with PM & Customer.
  • Assign individual team member responsibilities, guide, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure implementation of tools and processes as per Ericsson and customer guidelines.
  • Control circle costs and optimize resources as per project requirements.
  • Submit project reports as per customer and management requirements.
  • Hold weekly meetings with TI teams to resolve issues and align with policies and targets.
  • Plan material dispatch and delivery as per monthly targets.
  • Follow up with IP Colo / Customer for RFI related issues.
  • Allot sites to TI teams for installation based on team availability.
  • Ensure immediate handover to quality check after installation and clear punch points.
  • Remove servicing effecting alarms with field engineer / TI team.
  • Coordinate with circle and warehouse teams for material shortages.
  • Support RF Team during site RF drive and cluster drive.
  • Ensure 100% customer acceptance after I&C of sites/MW links.
  • Clear PO/WCC/GRN for ASP Vendors and take monthly NDC.
  • Conduct physical audits of at least 4 sites per month.

Krav

  • Hands-on experience in Deployment
  • Knowledge in Quality checks /RSA / OHS
  • Experience in Project planning & Resource Planning
  • Must have handled Governance meeting with Project Manager & Customers
  • Experience in Customer Management and customer escalations
  • Experience working on Material Planning to meet targets

  • Experience with 5G, 4G Technology, Communication, Change & Improvement Management, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Collaboration, Alignment, Access Control, ASP.NET.
