The IME PMO Rayong Project Leader will drive innovation from concept to implementation within Electrolux's manufacturing operations in Rayong, Thailand. This role involves overseeing new product industrialization, managing project engineers, ensuring integration of new equipment, and leading production feasibility analysis.
Ansvarsområden
- Industrialize new products according to Electrolux product creation procedures.
- Coordinate project engineers assigned to the project in agreement with the IME Rayong director.
- Ensure the integration of new equipment in the plant, including layout, connectivity, and material flow.
- Supervise tech specs preparation and ensure alignment with group standards and technology roadmap.
- Supervise supplier offers, checking adherence to tech specs and budget.
- Ensure project KPIs (timing, quality, capex, costs) are met.
- Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects and Capex Steering teams.
- Analyze production capacity and develop plans to shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
- Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solutions.
- Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.
Krav
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent combined with professional experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management knowledge.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and layout design.
- Knowledge of process capability and quality control systems.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of equipment safety norms.
- Knowledge of P-FMEA methodology.
- Project management skill.
- New product launch skill.
- Manufacturing process and layout design skill.
- Communication skill in English.
- Analytical, Problem Solving & Decision making skill.
- Proficiency with Auto CAD.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
