IKEA Kobe is seeking a part-time regular employee for its Food & Restaurant division. This role is open to all backgrounds, welcoming individuals with an interest in food, IKEA products, and sustainable practices. The position involves various duties within the IKEA restaurant, bistro, or Swedish Food Market, requiring flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare and serve meals in the restaurant kitchen.
  • Manage restaurant floor, handle cash registers, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Serve light meals at the bistro and operate the Swedish Food Market.
  • Handle inventory, order products, and confirm deliveries.
  • Work in various environments including cold storage areas.

Krav

  • Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Physical strength and stamina are required for standing, heavy lifting, and working in varying temperatures.
  • Adherence to Food Safety grooming standards (no accessories, nail polish, perfume, beards; hairnets required).
  • Ability to work shifts within the store operating hours (6:20-21:05).
