Ansvarsområden
- Ensure a broad Kansai market perspective is applied to drive sustainable growth in both business performance and people development.
- Ensure strong leadership and collaboration across the Store commercial team and Sales team through excellent communication skills.
- Ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers by understanding IKEA’s omnichannel transformation and creating a shop floor that meets customer needs.
- Lead and inspire your team to optimise the shopping experience to secure satisfied customers and increased sales and profitability.
- Achieve goals using knowledge of IKEA product range, local market, competition, and customers.
- Consider and steer the business in a multichannel retail environment, particularly the IKEA store and IKEA website.
- Actively work towards fulfilling the four tasks of the IKEA store: sales mechanism, showing home furnishing solutions, serving as a home furnishing specialist, and providing a day out for the family.
