Ansvarsområden
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity co-workers.
- Create exciting range presentation solutions to provide an easy and convenient shopping experience.
- Gather and translate knowledge of people's needs into relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions.
- Lead the team in creating affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect diverse tastes.
- Stay knowledgeable about retailing, home furnishing, and trends to facilitate workshops.
- Responsible for recruitment, competence development, and succession planning of Visual Merchandising/Activity co-workers.
- Provide support in developing the department action plan using layout as a commercial tool.
- Act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and ensure the team understands the financial impact of their actions.
- Ensure range presentation solutions are executed with high quality, simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Ensure the team minimizes disruption and communicates changes when working on the shop floor.
- Contribute to the national Visual Merchandising/Activity Managers network and share national directions and global tools.
Krav
- Strong visual and commercial competence with a passion for home furnishing, design, and how people live at home.
- Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing others.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and execute work to achieve agreed goals and deadlines.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to verbally explain concepts and visual interpretation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Significant experience of working as a visual merchandiser.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-focused approach.
- Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. Revit).

- Ensure the team always keeps visitors in mind, minimize disruption and communicate changes when working on the shop floor.
