Ansvarsområden

  • Act as an ambassador for quality perception by executing goods flow processes and focusing on customer availability.
  • Implement the 'Detect-Correct-Report' quality assurance system with zero tolerance for non-compliant goods.
  • Collaborate with business units, supply chain partners, and external service providers on quality, safety, and health.
  • Contribute to lowering environmental impact by taking actions for long-term profitability and sustainability.
  • Lead and influence goods flow co-workers to ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, health, and environment regulations.
  • Provide input and feedback on quality, health, and safety for logistics action plans and ensure implementation.
  • Ensure warehouse racking, handling equipment, and unit load inspections are conducted according to regulations and IKEA requirements.
  • Assess goods flow processes for health, safety, and quality, and share findings with the Logistics Manager.
  • Secure a competent goods flow team through mandatory trainings and onboarding.
  • Identify and develop talents and successors for the Quality Support Centre (QSC) role within the goods flow team.

Krav

  • Understanding of the IKEA organizational structure and how Logistics functions in IKEA retailing.
  • Knowledge of the IKEA Concept, vision, business idea, culture, and values.
  • Experience in implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up on goals.
  • Potential to apply operational thinking to the total customer experience.
