IKEA Food is hiring permanent part-time Co-workers in Slacks Creek, Queensland, for roles including cooks, restaurant staff, dishwashers, and goods receivers. This fast-paced, on-site position requires availability for rotating shifts and a focus on food safety and customer service.

Ansvarsområden

  • Food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in food areas and customer restaurant.
  • Processing dishes and maintaining washing up areas and machines.
  • Clearing tables and maintaining coffee machines.
  • Active selling, cash handling, and replenishing food and drink cabinets.
  • Receiving orders, pallet returns, and performing deep cleaning of storage areas.
  • Following IKEA Food and HACCP policies, including temperature and date checks.

Krav

  • Availability to work a rotating roster with day and evening shifts.
  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Specific availability requirements for Goods Receiver, Food Service cooks, Food Restaurant, and Dishwasher roles.
  • Ability to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety.
  • Willingness to perform manual handling up to 15kg.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.
  • Enthusiastic about working within a team.
  • Experienced with working in an extremely fast-paced, hands-on environment.
