Ansvarsområden

  • Ensuring efficient maintenance of area in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organized, attractive and inviting.
  • Providing food preparation and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels.
  • Clearing tables, wiping down benchtops and stocktaking.
  • Active selling, cash handling and customer service.
  • Food preparation, cooking, serving and customer service.
  • Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines.
  • Supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant.
  • Operation of ovens & fryers.

Krav

  • Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Enthusiastic about working within a team.
  • Ability to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded.
