This Associate role in the IKEA Pasay City restaurant focuses on attracting and retaining customers by providing excellent service and irresistible food offers. You will be a brand ambassador, knowledgeable about products, and contribute to sales optimization while adhering to operational standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile.
  • Act as a good ambassador for the IKEA store in all customer interactions.
  • Learn about product content, origins, and benefits and share this knowledge.
  • Optimize sales by knowing top-selling products, supporting range changes, and preparing your area.
  • Contribute to the department’s action plan and in-store activities.
  • Maintain an active interest in local competition and provide input on range and pricing.
  • Comply with and follow internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines.
  • Execute IKEA store operations in line with Functional Commercial Review standards.

  • Sales-driven and passionate about food and people.
  • Experience in food management and industry.
  • Enjoy working in a vibrant fast-paced retail environment.
  • Service-minded with a focus on the customer.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • Confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner.
  • Take personal initiative and have good attention to details.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to influence and collaborate with others.
  • Computer literate, specifically in MS Office system.
