We are hiring an IKEA Business Specialist for our new Chandigarh store. This role involves building long-lasting business relations, analyzing customer needs, presenting and selling projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a marketing, sales, or business management background with at least 5 years of experience in sales and customer experience.
Ansvarsområden
- Acquire and maintain long-lasting business relations with local businesses.
- Perform customer needs analysis as input for the B2B Interior Designer.
- Work actively with colleagues to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and customers are updated on any changes.
- Present, negotiate, and sell larger projects to customers and their stakeholders.
- Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects to completion.
- Meet with customers in meeting points or at their location.
- Advise customers on the IKEA product range and provide information on certificates and standards.
- Understand and contribute to department action plans.
- Maximize sales by helping customers find solutions and services that meet their needs and budget.
- Represent the IKEA brand and sell the partnership with IKEA towards business customers.
Krav
- Formal qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Customer Experience.
- Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results.
- Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values, and vision.
- Good knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow-up on KPIs.
- Broad knowledge about the local market environment, customer expectations today and tomorrow.
- Good knowledge about legislations, requirements, and compliance standards.
