IKEA Maebashi is seeking a part-time regular sales associate. This role involves assisting customers in various sales areas, including the showroom, market hall, self-serve, and outlet. Ideal candidates are friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about home furnishing.

Ansvarsområden

  • Sales and customer guidance in showroom (large furniture)
  • Sales and customer guidance in market hall (small goods/accessories)
  • Customer guidance and product pickup support in self-serve area
  • Assembly, quality checks, and sales of outlet items in the circular market
  • Creating attractive sales floor displays

Krav

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts according to store hours (weekends, early/late shifts)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete work within limited time
  • Good at detailed work and checks

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • No academic background or industry experience required.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service and friendly conversation.
  • Eager to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Interested in people's home life and home furnishing.
  • Commuting by car/motorcycle is possible.
