I korthet

Lead identity and access management transformation initiatives for large organizations, advising security and technology leaders and managing program delivery. This senior-level hybrid role requires strong technical credibility, client relationship building, and commercial awareness, with approximately 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Advise senior client stakeholders on identity and access direction, and develop strategy and operating models.
  • Lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes, owning the outcome end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs in depth.
  • Shape and win new work, developing insights into client needs and translating them into proposals.
  • Invest in growing the capability and people within the team.

Krav

  • A track record in cybersecurity (consulting or in-house) with depth to be trusted by senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading across the identity landscape, not just a single product.
  • Experience developing business and client relationships, ideally within consulting or IT/security services.
  • Commercial awareness to contribute to shaping and winning work and understanding business context.
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.
  • Based in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö, on a hybrid pattern.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • A relevant degree, ideally with a postgraduate qualification.
  • Senior security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001).
  • A track record of leading large-scale identity or security transformation for complex enterprises.
  • Experience shaping the commercial side of transformation work.
  • Experience growing a capability: bringing people in, developing them, and building a team.
