We are looking for a senior ICT Program Director to lead complex, high-impact BSS/OSS telecom software programs across multiple countries. This executive-level role involves shaping strategy, steering major decisions, and ensuring successful contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and overall program performance from initiation to completion.

Ansvarsområden

Own large, complex transformation programs and multi-country BSS/OSS deliveries with significant strategic and financial impact.
Lead Prime Integration activities, coordinating Ericsson, customer, partner, and subcontractor contributions.
Co-shape program and deal strategy, balancing customer ambition, commercial objectives, and delivery feasibility.
Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders (CTO, C-suite) and act as a strategic advisor.
Lead executive governance through steering committees, escalations, and key decision forums.
Design and establish robust program structures (organization, delivery approach, plans, financial models, vendor strategy).
Take accountability for contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, scope control, and change request management.
Provide strong leadership to cross-functional, multi-country teams, partners, and suppliers.
Manage complex partner and subcontractor landscapes.
Own program financial performance, including forecasting, margins, cost control, and upsell identification.
Share best practices and mentor other program leaders.

Krav

Extensive experience as an ICT Program Director or comparable senior leadership role (10+ years leading large, complex programs).
Deep expertise in telecom BSS/OSS domains and understanding of operator environments.
Proven experience leading large, multi-country transformation, integration, or delivery programs with significant budgets.
Experience with Prime Integration and coordinating complex delivery ecosystems.
Strong commercial and contractual understanding; ability to manage contract fulfillment, protect margins, and meet customer expectations.
Significant experience engaging with CTO and C-suite stakeholders and driving decisions.
Advanced skills in program governance, risk and issue management, scope control, and financial steering.
Strong leadership presence, aligning diverse stakeholders and virtual teams.
Excellent communication skills, making complex topics simple and actionable for senior audiences.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience gained with a telecommunications operator, systems integrator, telecom technology provider, or similar.
Experience leading mission-critical programs for European or international operators.
Recognized project or program management certification.
Familiarity with relevant telecom or service-management frameworks.
Experience mentoring and developing program managers or leading communities of practice.
MBA or comparable business education.
Previous people-management or line-leadership experience.
