This role is for an ICT Engineer based in Gurgaon, Noida & Bangalore, India. The primary responsibility is providing second-level support for incidents, problem resolution, and technical operations, with a strong emphasis on networking technologies like routers, switches, and firewalls. The candidate must be flexible for a 24x7 role.

Ansvarsområden

  • Investigate and resolve incidents.
  • Investigate and diagnose problems, identifying work-around solutions.
  • Act as a network specialist, identifying improvements and providing input to RFCs.
  • Support and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, DNS, and Email Security solutions.
  • Build user documentation.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Redesign and reconfigure alarms for the network.
  • Maintain a stable environment and optimize the network.
  • Flexible for 24x7 role, including out-of-hours and on-call support.

Krav

  • 8+ Years of experience in LAN/WAN Networks and Security Operations/Development.
  • A primary degree in Engineering, IT or Telecommunications.
  • Background in Linux systems, Networking, and Firewall technologies.
  • Strong Technical Skills on IP/MPLS, Routing, WAN/LAN, Security, DHCP/DNS/IPAM, Aruba Switches & WLAN.
  • Must have strong working experience with a wide range of Cisco & Juniper routers and switches, LAN, WAN and wireless LAN technologies, network security, DHCP/DNS and routing protocols such BGP, OSPF, RIPv2 and EIGRP.
  • Experience in Airwave, Mobility master & controller, Access points, Aruba ClearPass policy manager, Scalance-X Industrial Ethernet Switches.
  • Excellent hands-on troubleshooting experience, good understanding of tools like Wireshark.
  • Understanding and experience working with Cloud technologies, Devops, Terraform, cloudformation.
  • Working experience with Network and security over Azure/AWS/GCP/IBM clouds.
  • Communication with Business – Stakeholder Management and Customer Interaction.
  • Individual Contribution and hands-on technical role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • JNCIA, CCSA qualifications are preferred.
  • Good to understand tools like Wireshark.
  • Ways of working – Lean & Agile, DevOps, Automation, AI, Scripting, ISMS Frame work.
