Responsible for stable, accurate, and compliant group consolidation and financial reporting processes using IBM Controller. The role requires hands-on system administration, group accounting expertise, and operational support. Located in Amsterdam, this position involves close collaboration with various finance and IT stakeholders across Europe.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as administrator for IBM Controller, ensuring stable and compliant operation and enabling reliable and transparent financial reporting
  • Configure and maintain consolidation structures, master data and system settings
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
  • Manage user access and authorisations, ensuring security and compliance with internal controls
  • Work closely with Group Accounting, Tax, IT and reporting units
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, data quality and system performance

Krav

  • Proven experience working with IBM Controller
  • A solid background in accounting, ideally in group or corporate accounting
  • Experience with group consolidation and closing processes
  • Confidence working with financial systems and structured data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with SAP FI / S/4HANA
  • Experience from shared services or group finance environments
