Accenture is seeking an Offering Development Senior Manager to support the Finance Reinvention Partner Offering Development Lead in shaping and evolving Finance offerings, with a focus on Invoice to Pay (I2P). The role involves developing client-ready assets, collaborating across various teams, and contributing functional expertise to strengthen offering relevance and drive adoption. The position requires strong domain understanding of Finance & Accounting transformation, Invoice to Pay processes, data and AI-enabled finance, and Accenture's sales and solutioning processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the Finance Offering Development Lead in refining offering and solution architecture, roadmap priorities, and value propositions.
  • Translate Finance domain expertise into differentiated offering content across Invoice to Pay, including proof points, solution components, and client-facing assets.
  • Develop Invoice to Pay offering content addressing invoice intake, validation, matching, exception handling, supplier query management, approvals, payments, compliance, controls, working capital impact, and AI-enabled payables operations.
  • Partner with Accenture Research, Growth & Strategy, Analyst Relations, and offering teams to collect and synthesize market intelligence.
  • Act as a Finance offering subject matter expert to assist account, sales, and solutioning teams.
  • Identify offering content gaps and emerging capability needs across Finance reinvention, Invoice to Pay, AI-enabled operations, intelligent automation, analytics, and ecosystem-enabled transformation.
  • Support offering performance tracking by monitoring adoption, pipeline contribution, and competitive win themes.

Krav

  • Offering Development in Finance, with strong domain understanding of Finance & Accounting transformation, Invoice to Pay, intelligent operations, data and AI-enabled finance, productized offerings, client-ready narratives, and Accenture sales and solutioning processes.
  • Strong Finance offering development and lifecycle management skills.
  • Invoice to Pay expertise, including invoice intake, three-way matching, exception resolution, supplier query management, approvals, payments, compliance, controls, AP analytics, working capital impact, and AI-enabled payables operations.
  • Ability to build differentiated client-ready narratives that connect Finance domain knowledge with data, AI, automation, products, platforms, ecosystem capabilities, talent, and methods.
  • Commercial and solutioning acumen, including familiarity with Accenture sales processes, proposal development, Bill of Materials content, pursuit support, and value-based positioning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Structured problem-solving and content synthesis skills.
  • Innovation mindset and continuous-improvement orientation.
