Ericsson is seeking a results-driven manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Center Technicians in Plano, TX. This role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning to meet the rigorous demands of customer data center operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition and management for Data Center Technicians.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract technical talent.
  • Build a strong onboarding and training experience.
  • Manage demand and resource planning to ensure skill availability.
  • Balance short-term operational requirements with long-term workforce strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate technicians.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and engineering teams.
  • Monitor and act on key people metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Krav

  • Proven experience managing, hiring, and retaining technical or operations-focused teams, preferably in data centers.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage employees in a competitive labor market.
  • Serious attention to detail.
  • Experience with workforce planning, demand forecasting, and resource management in 24/7 operations.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills.
  • Data-driven approach to staffing decisions, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • High degree of ownership, resilience, and adaptability.
