Ansvarsområden
- Escalate serious issues to the Production Team Leader or Production Manager.
- Resolve day-to-day production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and team members to minimize downtime and ensure plant availability for maintenance.
- Contribute to problem-solving, continuous improvement activities, and CAPEX projects.
- Maintain a hygienic and food-safe environment to ensure audit readiness.
- Accurately complete department paperwork.
- Proactively maintain a safe working environment by reporting near misses and observations.
- Contribute to risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
- Operate Bagging lines & packing / warehouse.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Excellent attitude towards quality, food safety, and health and safety.
- Excellent IT skills, numeracy, and literacy.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or other related manufacturing/scientific environment preferred but not essential.
