The Human Resources Generalist is an on-site subject matter expert responsible for recruiting, payroll, and other HR functions. This role partners with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruiting, ensures accurate payroll processing, and champions HR initiatives to support employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the selection process.
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Champion HR programs in talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee safety initiatives, including reporting and investigations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer HRIS processes for onboarding, records, and performance reviews.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing, operations, skilled-trade, or similar recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other candidate sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday).
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and effectively present information in English.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to compliance and company values.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments preferred.
  • Experience managing safety programs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaker is preferred.
