Emerson is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Ash Flat, AR, to support a manufacturing environment. This role involves employee relations, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture, while upholding company values and ensuring compliance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, coaching, conduct, and policy interpretation.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace concerns by gathering information, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to build relationships, address questions, and support an inclusive and engaged work environment.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for production and skilled trade roles, including pre-employment processes.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support communication, safety initiatives, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits guidance, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, analyze and report HR metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field – equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience supporting HR functions such as employee relations and engagement, recruiting, training, or safety in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to use standard business software tools to manage data and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US, sponsorship will not be provided.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Broader experience across multiple HR disciplines or increased depth in employee relations and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems such as Oracle or workforce management tools such as Kronos.
  • Experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
