Emerson is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join their Employee Relations team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This hybrid role provides operational HR support for core processes including hiring, performance management, training, and reporting, as well as supporting various HR projects.

Ansvarsområden

Manage requisitions, hiring workflows, and Oracle HCM processes.
Maintain the group’s job description database and update organization charts.
Serve as the main point of contact for leasing personnel providers.
Support and maintain data accuracy in HR information systems.
Collect, consolidate, and summarize organizational data for HR reporting.
Participate in employee relations activities and HR projects.
Support employee communication processes and ensure timely submission of employee documents.
Assist with international assignments in collaboration with relevant teams.
Contribute to the development of HR dashboards and propose process improvements.
Support employee experience initiatives, including new hire engagement and exit interviews.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role, preferably in HR.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency.
Creativity in problem-solving and team spirit.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
Good analytical skills.
Familiarity with SharePoint.
Any additional language is a plus.
