- Use data to identify organizational risks, recommend interventions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Coach managers on talent management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of progressive experience as HR Generalist
- Demonstrated expertise conducting complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and other employment regulations.
- Experience coaching leaders through difficult employee situations.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify meaningful trends.
- Experience creating HR dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

- Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations
- Ability to work independently, and in a flexible environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Expertise in MS Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
