Ansvarsområden
- Facilitate HSE risk assessments and ensure implementation of preventive measures.
- Report HSE incidents, manage investigations, and share lessons learned.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HSE obligations and local laws.
- Support and drive behavioral change through HSE programs.
- Ensure availability and effective use of HSE equipment.
- Contribute to and plan HSE-related projects, reporting progress to management.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Strong background in Risk Management, Engineering, Regulations & Compliance.
- Knowledge of Process Improvement, Optimization, and HSE-related Administration.
- Familiarity with safety best practices and general finance related to HSE projects.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with proven organizational and planning skills.
