Arla is offering an HR Trainee internship at their HR Shared Service Center in Gdansk, Poland. This fixed-term role provides hands-on experience in various HR processes, including recruitment and data management, supporting Arla colleagues globally.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support daily HR operations.
  • Provide support with HR-related inquiries through the ticketing system.
  • Perform data checks and corrections to ensure high quality of HR data.
  • Work with colleagues globally to help Arla people with HR-related questions, tasks and systems.
  • Take part in internal training, workshops, and initiatives to learn about HR processes and tasks.
  • Be responsible for individually adjusted tasks within the administrative area.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • This role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
