Volvo Group is seeking an HR Systems Analyst in Wroclaw to support global HR processes and the Cornerstone on Demand platform. This role involves first-line support, process improvement, system testing, and collaboration with local HR partners and global teams.
Ansvarsområden
- Support People Growth process and Cornerstone on Demand based digital solution globally as first-line support.
- Collaborate closely with local People & Culture Partners and line managers for People Growth support.
- Liaise with vendors and the product team.
- Analyze the whole process and suggest improvements.
- Assist in testing new releases, upgrades, or patches.
- Support the Product Team in translating business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and requirements documents.
- Participate in planning and organizing process-related campaigns.
- Analyze sensitive data and build reports on demand.
- Conduct training for selected groups.
Krav
- Confident and clear communication in English.
- Well-organized with great time management skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to perform well independently.
- Familiarity with technical queries.
- Experience with Cornerstone on Demand is a plus.
