Amazon seeks an HR Regional Partner to provide HR advice and support to managers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and people development. This on-site role in Hyderabad requires strong knowledge of HR policies and processes, with a focus on standardizing best practices across India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with managers on sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance processes.
  • Act as an influential partner in talent and performance management, people development, and HR policy implementation.
  • Identify trends and emerging needs by analyzing data and observations across the organization.
  • Support Employee Relations processes, including disciplinary and performance improvement programs.
  • Consult managers on people matters requiring in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation across multiple countries.
  • Manage ER cases in coordination with Employee Relations and Legal Teams.
  • Enable manager success by leveraging and delivering training content, and collaborating with Talent Development teams.
  • Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities for functional and managerial skills.
  • Support people managers with career conversations and development plans.
  • Act as stewards of employee experience and Amazon’s culture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for people tools, processes, programs, or projects.
  • Design and deliver Manager Education initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in employee experience through managing employee programs and supporting managers and HR leaders.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners and the business on change initiatives.
  • Utilize a customer relationship management tool to identify trending issues and inform decisions.
  • Standardize best practices across India.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience

  • Master's degree
