As an HR Partner, Ops Field HRP at Amazon, you will act as a frontline HR consultant for managers, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. This on-site role in Hyderabad requires a Bachelor's degree and involves managing sensitive employee issues, implementing HR policies, and driving manager effectiveness across various business lines in India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with managers on sensitive and complex employee issues, including disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance processes.
  • Act as an influential partner in talent and performance management, people development, HR policies, and organizational change implementation.
  • Analyze data and trends on Employee Relations and performance management to inform business strategy and prevent recurring issues.
  • Support relevant ER processes, including disciplinary & performance improvement programs, and manage ER cases in coordination with ER and Legal Teams.
  • Enable manager success by leveraging and improving training content, and collaborating with talent development teams.
  • Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities and development initiatives.
  • Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon’s culture.
  • Design and deliver Manager Education initiatives.
  • Analyze organizational data, highlight trends, and recommend/drive solutions.
  • Manage employees’ programs and support managers and HR leaders to drive improvements in employee experience.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners and the business on change initiatives.
  • Utilize a customer relationship management tool to identify trending issues and themes.
  • Standardize best practices across India based on insights across business lines.

Krav

  • 1+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience
  • Bachelor's degree
