Alfa Laval is seeking an HR Partner for their Krakow-based Service Center to provide operational HR support for the Netherlands market. This full-time hybrid role involves managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and improving HR processes, with a focus on Workday and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of HR operations experience, and fluent English with professional Dutch.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide operational HR support to employees and managers.
  • Manage HR cases through ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate onboarding and other Employee Lifecycle activities.
  • Support Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension and Separation processes.
  • Execute HR transactions in Workday and payroll systems.
  • Prepare employment documentation, certificates, and HR reports.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files.
  • Coordinate with HR vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure processes comply with local employment legislation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
  • Experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
  • Fluent English.
  • Professional Dutch language skills.
  • Workday experience is essential.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • ServiceNow or similar HR case management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
