Amazon is seeking an HR Partner for Delhi NCR to support middle and senior management in executing HR strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness, and translating business priorities into an HR agenda. This role involves coaching leadership on Amazon culture and ensuring Leadership Principles are integrated into the talent system.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals in a high growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Understand business goals as well as design and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives.
  • Be an influential and credible senior HR leader within the team, including setting the tone, agenda, direction and providing the necessary support, follow up, and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired results.
  • Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and applies that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced talent programs.
  • Can work in an environment which demands deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Operates with autonomy and discretion; A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the 'pulse' of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in HR or allied fields with at least 2 years of high-impact HRBP experience.
