Ansvarsområden
- Act as HR Manager for Business Operations in Northern Europe and HR Generalist for the UK.
- Work with leaders to build business success through people, culture, and organization.
- Serve as HR Business Partner & Advisor to leadership across the area.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with strategic and operational business needs.
- Drive Global HR core processes (Annual Salary Review, Performance & Development Cycle, Talent Review & Succession Planning) across Northern Europe.
- Own HR KPIs for the area (staff turnover and engagement).
- Own strategic and leadership hiring across Northern Europe.
- Coordinate and execute talent acquisition for local roles across the UK & Ireland.
- Execute HR operations directly for the UK entity.
- Ensure consistent, efficient delivery of HR operations across Northern Europe.
- Maintain consistent HR policies and employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, leavers).
- Ensure HR governance and compliance with local labor law and company policy.
- Manage employee relations cases.
- Ensure consistent application of Job Architecture and Compensation & Benchmarking frameworks.
- Collaborate with Finance on monthly FTE/headcount reporting.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, particularly during annual budget planning.
Krav
- Proven & broad HR experience (8+ years), preferably in a regional or multi-country HR Manager / HR Business Partner role.
- Ideally within an industrial or technical/service-motivated business.
- Hands-on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Payroll experience in the UK is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law (mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Able to operate across cultures, seniority levels, and a matrixed reporting structure.
- Strong operational HR knowledge, including payroll fundamentals and HR service delivery.
- Hands-on and pragmatic, comfortable moving between strategic and day-to-day operational HR work.
- Assured, credible partner to senior leadership.
- Comfortable in a matrixed, multi-country organization with remote team members.
- Ideally first people-management experience in HR.
- Resilient to act as change agent in a transforming and continuously growing business environment.
- Aspiration to continuously evolve the HR operations across Northern Europe and make a real impact.
- Willing to travel across the Northern Europe region as required.
