Anhui NOY Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with the General Manager to develop and implement local HR strategies aligned with global objectives. This role involves talent management, recruitment, payroll processing, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop local HR strategies and solutions aligned with global objectives.
  • Act as a member of the leadership team, providing HR perspective.
  • Develop talent plans, succession plans, and manage talent pools.
  • Implement learning and development plans and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with national HR rules and group policies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and implement a state-of-the-art recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, meeting legal requirements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and actively participate in new global system implementations (Learning Link, HR:Link, GDPR).
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Oversee Time and Attendance systems and manage attendance/absence.
  • Implement and manage a health and wellbeing program.
  • Liaise with P&C Expertise teams for effective service delivery.
  • Lead the rollout of global P&C projects.
  • Collaborate with the global P&C team to align ways of working and share best practices.
  • Annual administration planning, implementation, budgeting, and management.

Krav

  • Bachelor Degree or above equivalent HR qualification.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, primarily in a generalist role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Very good knowledge in recruitment, payroll, learning & development, employee relationship management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proven application of this knowledge.
  • Experience operating in a continuously changing environment.
  • Experience supporting/delivering culture change projects.
  • Line management experience.
  • Ability to understand and use HR Systems.
  • Numerate and computer literate.
  • Dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to deal with conflict through communication, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and know when to seek support.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and reschedule work.
  • Ability to set goals and deliver timely, accurate results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with empathy; emotionally intelligent.
  • Team player with experience in management and supervision of direct reports.
  • Ability to build support from non-direct reports to achieve goals.
  • Native-level Chinese language skills.
  • Very good English skills, both verbal and written.
