As an HR Generalist supporting Microsoft AI (MAI), you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering with HR Business Partners and Recruiting to scale teams, develop talent, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role involves leading people initiatives, improving employee experiences, and navigating change in a rapidly growing business environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to adapt company programs and policies for the MAI organization.
  • Act as an employee advocate to identify themes and improve employee lifecycle experiences.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Guide leaders through growth and organizational complexity, identifying people trends and escalating risks.
  • Lead people initiatives for organizational scaling, workforce growth, and talent movement.
  • Use data and insights to inform recommendations and support business decisions.
  • Adapt priorities quickly to respond to changing business needs.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND 7+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies.
  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations that utilize cross-functional teams, squad-based operating models, or rapid planning cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
