Ansvarsområden

  • Meet and greet new joiners, provide induction materials and necessary administration.
  • Ensure new joiners' user and email accounts are created.
  • Communicate store policies, procedures, and internal announcements.
  • Assist store line managers in understanding and implementing policies.
  • Respond to employee queries on various HR matters.
  • Collect company property from leavers.
  • Maintain attendance records, overtime, turnover, sick leaves, nationality mix, recruitment tracker, Emirati turnover, and holiday records.
  • Ensure correct and accurate staff schedules.
  • Provide HR and admin support to store management.
  • Archive in-store office documents.
  • Consolidate monthly payroll and leave reports.
  • Produce KPI reports for business decision-making.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, social events, and gather feedback.
  • Support the execution of the I-Conduct plan.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and provide supporting evidence.
  • Negotiate with vendors and obtain quotations for office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for employees requiring emergency leave.

Krav

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Ability to negotiate and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Good command of the English language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, especially as an HR Generalist.
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP.
  • Preferred knowledge of country labor laws.
  • Capable of planning, organizing, and implementing tasks effectively.
