Tetra Pak is seeking an HR Direct Advisor for their service center in Budaörs, Hungary. This role involves providing first-line HR support to employees and managers across the EMEA region via tickets and phone, ensuring timely resolution and promoting HR self-service. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals with HR or customer service experience who want to grow within a global company.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the go-to contact for HR questions (tickets and calls) across EMEA.
  • Provide professional guidance and support through tickets and phone calls.
  • Register incoming errands in the ticket handling system C4C.
  • Increase employees’ and managers’ knowledge and awareness of responsibilities in HR matters.
  • Represent HR Direct as ambassador internally in HR and towards clients.
  • Update internal knowledge databases (e.g. FAQ, Knowledge base articles etc).
  • Update HR Direct colleagues where needed.
  • Guide and point clients to information on HR self-service portal (ORBIS).
  • Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on the portal.
  • Forward errands to appropriate HR Administrator or HR Specialist when necessary (second line support).
  • Ensure errands are closed within SLA time.

Krav

  • University degree in the HR field.
  • 1-2 years of professional HR related experience or Customer service experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge in either Italian and/or Spanish is considered an advantage.
