This role supports payroll, time management, employee administration, benefits, and HR service delivery for the Supply Chain organization. Key responsibilities include managing employee benefits, social insurance, housing fund, health insurance, and validating payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Support employee benefits administration, including social insurance, housing fund, and health insurance programs.
  • Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle employee administration and HR service delivery across the Supply Chain organization.
  • Manage time management and related operational processes.
  • Work with HR systems to maintain accurate employee data and process compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
